2004.09 — 2008.06，成都体育学院体育教育专业（本科）

2008.09 — 2011.06，成都体育学院体育教育训练学（研究生）

2011.06 — 至   今，四川农业大学工作，从事教学科研工作及行政管理工作

三、教学科研及成果

(1)教学方面

1.从事公体课、体育专业课健美操、体操、体育心理学的教学工作，曾指导代表队学生获得健美操全国、省级比赛好成绩；

2.获2017年四川省体育专业青年教师说课比赛一等奖。
